Personal Assistant Tickets

We want everyone to enjoy our events, feel safe and be part of the action.

Disabled customers that need a  Personal Assistant to access and move around the venue are able to register for a free Personal Assistant Ticket for each time they attend.

 

To register: Ensure you have an account (here); then please fill out the form below and attach a copy of your evidence of entitlement. Alternatively you can pop into the Seafront Office with your evidence of entitlement and we can sign you up straight away.

Evidence of Entitlement.

  • Front page of DLA / PIP (no specific rate)

  • Front page of Attendance Allowance letter (no specific rate)

  • Evidence you are registered severely sight impaired (blind)

  • Recognised Assistance Dog ID card

  • The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon

  • National Disability Card
